This XV century villa is located on the south hills of Florence, just 10 minutes from the city center. The origins date back to the XV century and most of its important modification occurred between the sixteenth and seventeenth century.
The access to the villa is through two stone carved portals: the seventeenth-century entrance on the left is the old gate, while the right, surmounted by the crest Feri, leading into a gently sloping driveway.
The entrance to the villa has kept the charm of the nineteenth century thanks to the efforts of the current owners who have retained the original terracotta tile floors, ceiling coffer and certain ceilings are decorated with some neoclassical motifs, and two antique fireplaces.
On the main floor a small nineteenth-century chapel has been preserved.
The whole property is surrounded by two large gardens for a total of 3,000 square meters in which large lime trees, oaks and cypresses grow.
The eastern facade of the villa opens onto a large lawn with a central fountain. On the north side there is a big lemon tree nursey now used as a study.
